Light Roast: is our lightest roast available. It has a medium body and an herbal, flowery aftertaste.
Breakfast Blend: is equal parts Medium and Light. It is sweet and smooth with plenty of caffeine to start your day.
Medium Roast: is the class of roasts that has brought oil to the surface of the bean. Our Medium is slightly lighter than Italian, with a sheen of oil and a clean, fruity taste.
Mochó Blend: is a three to two mix of Medium and Italian. It is fruity with a good body, clean aftertaste, and is excellent served with food.
Viennese Blend: is a blend of three parts Medium and one part French, with a rich flavor and mellow sweetness.
Othello Blend: is one part French, one part Italian, and two parts Light. It is full-bodied with a mellow, herbal aftertaste.
Sierra Madre: is inspired by the majestic mountains where Café Mam coffee is grown. This roast offers a smooth and satisfying richness sure to invoke the highlands within.
Trinity Blend: is blended with equal parts French, Italian, and Medium roasts, offering a perfect balance of smoky richness and mellow sweetness.
Emerald City Espresso: is a medium roasted espresso with a full-bodied flavor, a tribute to our home town of Eugene, Oregon.
Royal Espresso: is a blend formulated from each harvest to create the best, consistent flavor for your espresso enjoyment.
Tango Blend: is an equal combination of Italian and French. Tango blends the full-bodied richness of Italian with a smoky finish from the French. It takes two to tango!
Italian Roast: is our original roast; a roast well-suited to Café Mam beans. It is rich and dark in flavor with a bold, complete taste.
French Roast: is our darkest roast available. It is very rich tasting with a smoky finish that offers less caffeine and a lower acid content.
